What to include in your message
The fastest replies come from messages that contain enough context to act on: a short description of what you were doing, the tool or page you used, your browser and operating system, and what you expected versus what happened. If it is about a file, describe the type and size rather than attaching it.
Please do not send confidential documents
Do not attach confidential documents, contracts, file contents, or Base64 samples of sensitive material to email. Ordinary email is not a secure channel. Everything on this site runs in your browser without uploading, but once you email a file it has left your device — keep it that way only when the content is not sensitive.

We help with conversion quality and formatting questions, batch workflows, browser compatibility, privacy questions about how the converters work, and feature requests. Feature requests are prioritised by evidence, so the more you tell us about your real workflow, the more useful your report is.
Privacy questions
Privacy questions go to privacy@convert.rest. Because processing is entirely client-side, there is no document data on any server to inspect, export or delete — the privacy policy explains the architecture and the small amount of anonymous analytics involved.
