Free Online Tools
Fast, private utilities that run entirely in your browser. Paste your data, get a result in milliseconds — nothing is ever uploaded to a server, so your files and text never leave your device.
How to use the tools
Every tool follows the same simple pattern: paste or drop your input, press the action button, and copy or download the result. There is no account, no upload, no queue and no file limit beyond what your browser can hold. Base64 Encode and Decode work on text; Image to Base64 converts an image file; Base64 to Image restores a data URL or raw payload back into a real file.
Base64 Encoder
Encode UTF-8 text to Base64 in your browser. Supports Cyrillic, Arabic, CJK and emoji correctly. No uploads, no registration — your text never leaves your device.
Use the tool
Base64 Decoder
Decode standard Base64 back to UTF-8 text in your browser. Clear errors for invalid input and URL-safe tokens. Private: nothing you paste is uploaded.
Use the tool
Image to Base64
Convert an image to a Base64 data URL or raw Base64 string in your browser. No upload, no watermark. Includes copy, download and a safe local preview.

- Output: a copy-paste-ready data URL (data:image/...;base64,...) and the raw Base64 payload.
- Preview shown for raster images; SVG is offered as a download to avoid rendering untrusted markup.

- Output: decoded file downloads as .png, .jpg, .webp, .gif, .bmp, .avif or .svg.

Why use private browser tools
Third-party conversion sites receive everything you paste. These tools perform every operation locally with the browser’s built-in Web APIs — TextEncoder, atob() and the FileReader. Sensitive snippets, tokens and images are processed and discarded inside the same tab, with no request, beacon or log ever leaving your device.
Data protection
No account, no tracking of your inputs, no server-side processing. Each conversion is a self-contained browser computation. If a tool accepts a file, it is read straight into memory and released when the page is closed — we never store, transmit or analyze your data.
